About Me.
I am an entrepreneurial executive and coach with a talent for proactively strengthening organizations and a consistent record of delivering quality results. I am an energetic and strategic leader with excellent change management, relationship building, team building, and collaboration skills. I am also a dynamic presenter with strong communication skills.
I recently completed her coach training with the Institute for Excellence in Professional Coaching (iPEC), a program certified by the International Coaching Federation (IFC) and am an Energy Leadership Assessment Master Practitioner. I have a special interest in working with high potential emerging leaders as well as those in the C-Suite. In my coaching, my goal is to work with clients so that they achieve constructive shifts in their individual perspectives, reactions, and behavior patterns to achieve lasting professional and personal growth and development.
Early in my career, I spent 15 years with The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University advising countless local nonprofits. I held senior executive roles with the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Wonderspring Early Learning Centers and the Philadelphia Boys and Girls Choirs. I have served on numerous boards of directors including Commonwealth Youthchoirs, Graduate Philadelphia and Food Moxie.
I hold an MBA from La Salle University and an MSS/MLSP from Bryn Mawr School of Social Work and Social Research.
